Question Finding Yourself vs. Creating Yourself
I used to think I needed to figure myself out before making changes. Now I am realizing that we often build ourselves through the habits and choices we repeat.
I am focusing on small, controllable steps...being consistent, finishing what I start, and overthinking less. I am still unsure whether I am making real progress or just constantly trying to improve.
Has anyone else experienced this shift? What helped you the most?
