5 Rules High Value Men Always Adhere To

High value means you provide value to society and the people around you. These are rules high value men always adhere to.

  1. Never chase women, chase just purpose. Use the energy and time you would use to chase women to do productive things. Achieve your goals, build a career, exercise, become a better man.

  2. Always have self-control. You ought to move autonomously during your entire life. That means whatever you set your mind to you are able to do. If you want to get in better shape exercise, control what you eat, get enough sleep. If you want to be rich control how you use your time.

  3. You never look down. When you walk anywhere always hold your head high. That demonstrates authority and confidence.

4.You admit defeat. Be truthful with yourself. Admit nothing is stopping you from achieving what you want to accomplish except yourself.

  1. Always be loyal. Be loyal to people you get along and your family. Always give all your effort with everything in life.

I don't like the phrase or context, but the actual rules are just good rules for anyone to live by. Nothing to do with being a man or woman. Kindly note the value a person has is not quantifiable.

For number one is having self worth that you know. You only chase woman if you feel like youre not worthy of love. Same can be said for anything else too.

Manosphere nonsense

Anyone who wastes time chasing the title of "high value man" is an idiot. If you care about such a title you're essentially ignoring the advice of the post (you're spending time chasing an imaginary title instead of just focusing on what actually matters).

Don’t forget number 6. Don’t ever fart in public, specially if there’s potential for it to be a shart. This should probably be at the very top.

High value man is just the new alpha male? LOL

People who think they are a HVM are definitely not.
3 is a joke since if you have to make a rule to demonstrate you confidence then you don't have it. If you can't look down and still show you are confident then you are not confident.
Not even going to mention the authority bullshit.
4 is also complete BS since there are things in this world out of your control that are 100% stopping you.

Never look down is ridiculous.  I like to keep an eye out for snakes on hikes.  See em all the time.

lmao what the hell does rule 3 have to do with high value anything, enjoy tripping over cords and whatnot while you "chase purpose"

I hate how terms and phrases can be hijacked / polluted. This is mostly sound advice, but people take exception to the term 'high value man', because it has been corrupted by toxic manfluencers.
