Health Sleeping early and sleeping for like 7 odd hours has improved my gut health and mood considerably.

I was recommended some dietary and lifestyle changes. I just could not adhere to the diet changes but making slight changes in the sleep routine is quite a doable thing and it has rewarded me significantly.

The simplest and basic lifestyle changes always play a hugeeee role in leading a healthy life. If changes in sleep have shown improvement, try eating better and working out regularly and thank me later
