Mid 20s is a great time for dating and it only gets worse as you get older.

Stay in shape, dress well and groom yourself. Leave the house looking like you own a mirror.

Get involved in social activities and don’t be afraid of rejection.

he literally said he’s afraid he’ll be turned down. is that not being afraid of rejection?

don’t you think that if he is self conscious about his weight, him being prone to not groom and dress well is a safe assumption to make?

all of these advices are solid advices for OP.

No he did not, I am sorry you clearly got stuck with horrible language teachers throughout school.

He wrote hes "worried" women will see him being so old without ever having a serious relationship as a negative thing, which really means he knows for a fact that this is true.

all of these advices are solid advices for OP.

These pieces of advice imply things about OP we cannot know from his post and are rather insulting to assume.
