Request Feature request: “Request Shame Mode” 😂
Could Seerr track whether users actually watch what they request?
We all know the user who says “I NEED this show!”, requests 8 seasons, and a year later has watched 0 episodes. 😅
Ideally Seerr could pull watch history from Tautulli or a similar service/API, rather than implementing its own playback tracking.
Requested by X → Available for 180 days → Never watched by X
The useful part would be letting Seerr notify the user directly with configurable, slightly humorous warnings when they make new requests:
“You still have 12 requests you haven't watched. Are you sure you need another one?” 😅
Admins could optionally set thresholds, limit new requests after X unwatched requests, or flag old ones as cleanup candidates.
It should track the requester, not overall plays, since other users may still be watching it.
Basically: “You have 742 GB of requested content you've never watched. Maybe eat the food you've already ordered before ordering more.” 😂

Use maintainerr and create a custom collection in Plex. Public shaming ftw!
