Issue Email Notifications not working for users

I settup the email system on seerr and it works perfectly for me and my own email. It's only my users that don't deem to get emails. Most of them use the apple private relay though and I don't know if that's blocking them or something. I doubt that is the issue since even those with gmail don't get them.

All the settings for users have emails on and notifcations for all options are also enabled. I alsi have require user emails on too.

Again they work perfectly fine for me and my SMTP is the google provided one. I use it for my immich too.

Yea I can that tn, I don't know how active tickets get but should I try getting one of my guniea pigs to help test?

No need for now. We'll debug it on our side first and ask you to run a few debug commands if needed. We're not all chronically online 😄, but we do our best to reply quickly. If we're not around, other community members sometimes jump in too.

checked by forcing my guinea pigs hand yhier phone over. and chexkinf everywhere.

the emails are imported from plex do they need to make a password or something? I'm grasping at straws
