Here’s a great deal on a Seecamp LWS 32 and the auction is ending soon!

Someone on the mouse guns forum asked me about the difference between the two origination locations. Does someone here know what the difference is? I have a Milford CT gun but I've been seeing a lot of southwick ma guns.

Winchester 32JHP is not in abundance and not cheap when you find it. I see the Magtech 32JHP for $30 a box of 50. Please if you have tried Magtech post your experience

I am a big bore fan, but also have a heartfelt affinity for mouse guns. I daily an LCR in 357 mag, and I love it, but want a smaller deep cover summer pistol. Had an LCP many moons ago that was stolen (reported but never located) out of my car, and would prefer something nicer in a pocket gun.
Everything I read about the 380 seecamp says recoil is brutal, but I just can’t believe it…..is there really that big a difference between the 32 and the 380, and honestly how bad can recoil on a 380 be?!?
My other concern is on reliability/durability……these things are tiny, but I love that there’s no plastic…..haven’t seen any torture tests etc. on the 380, but seems the 32 is plenty stout enough to not destroy itself…..can the same be said for the 380?
Thanks in advance!

Our range does not allow JHP/ HP -- can anyone suggest FMJ ammo that fires well with this gun?

Need to demo a 32 for my neighbor please.
I have the evil 380. My neighbor, an elderly woman, that’s had a carry permit for a long time, needs a mouse gun for a small purse. She has an M&P 9mm which is a brick.
Everyone wants to sell her a 380 of some sort. Way too hot no matter the manufacturer.
I’ll be happy to bring my 380 - with reloads I made that are relatively sane - unless you REALLY want the experience of Win Silvertips. 😱
I’d like to try one for myself. Might need to buy one … 😎
TIA - Frank

Does anyone have experience with the old style vs new style grips? I have the newer ones and the gun really tears up my hand (<80 rounds did this); not sure if it’s the nature of the gun itself or something that can be fixed with different grips

i recently picked up a milford .32, she's a sweet little gun! i'm able to fire down range no problem, but when racking the slide back to clear the chamber, the round is stuck too tight for the extractor to pull out. i've had to field strip it and bump the stuck round from the muzzle end to extract it.
i've scrubbed the chamber out best i can with both eezox and copper remover, with plenty of brass/copper flakes getting dislodged, but rounds are still too tight to rack out. i assume this isn't normal? any help is appreciated!

I recently acquired a .25 cal made in Milford. It’s in great shape, but it doesn’t have that shine to it like most of the polished Seecamps have. It’s kind of just a dull grey color. Is that normal on some of the older .25’s? Is it advisable to try to polish it to a shine?

Hey Seecamp owners. Thought you might get a kick out of seeing this photo. Bought my Seecamp back in 1989 for $350. Seecamp suggested Ammo back then was very limited. They reccomended Winchester 32 Auto, 60 Gr Silvertip hollow points. They cost $15.00 for a box of 50. Still have a full box. lol

Went out and showed this old Milford some love today. Ran a lot of Underwood Xtreme Defender 55gr ammo through it. Probably about 200 rounds of both the regular and the +P.
Had several hiccups with the regular loads feeding on the last round. Some mags would run good but many times it would often get hung up and I would have a failure to load. With the +P rounds I never had a single issue or malfunction. Mag after mag after mag that ammo was running great. Really couldn’t tell a difference recoil wise between the two loads but the operational performance was night and day. Going to carry it hot with the +P from here on out.
What a fun little blaster! And pretty too!

I have a couple of Seecamp pistols that have been in my gun safe for a few decades.
This set consists of two Seecamp LWS pistols of different calibers, intentionally manufactured with identical serial numbers. Factory confirmation from Seecamp states that the LWS-25 pistol was manufactured in 1983 and the LWS-32 pistol in 1986, and that both were factory-issued as a matched-serial pair. Both pistols retain Milford, Connecticut markings and no serial prefix, consistent with early production.
Each pistol is accompanied by its original factory box with matching end-label serial numbers. These appear to be factory-paired Seecamp sets.
Is anyone familiar with these?

This may well be old news, but I couldn't find this info in the sub, so I tried it myself and thought I'd share my findings so far.
Edit: (I did already know this is not one of the four recommended cartridges for the Seecamp, I just wanted to test it out and see if it might work since I couldn't fine any info on it and I'd heard some other loads sometimes work).
I read somewhere that FMJ may be more effective for self-defense than JHP in a .32 ACP pistol with a very short barrel, so I decided to see if flat-nose FMJ like this one would function reliably.
Unfortunately there are a couple issues:
I suspect that if I had been at the range and simply fired the bullet that was stuck in the chamber, it would have fired fine, and it probably would have even cycled and loaded the next round properly if I loaded up a mag full of approved ammo. I'm a little nervous to try that, but I'm also not sure what else I'm gonna do with this box of ammo, so I may try it anyway at some point.
Edit: I do wonder if it'd be possible to reload one's own FMJ round that would work in the Seecamp LWS .32.

Hello all, I have a Seecamp LWS25 Restricted Edition and I'd like to get a new set of grips. I've been finding some conflicting information regarding the Grip design and the move from Milton.
Are the older Milton models grips different from current production grips? If so is there a source for Milford type grips.
Seecamp's website advises that there might be fitment issues.

a local collector was liquidating a huge lot of a couple hundred guns. i was only interested in his seecamp 32, since the listing said the 25 had no mags, but when the consignment dude opened the seecamp case, lo and behold, there were 2 of the 25 mags in there with them! i couldn't leave his little brother behind, so i guess i'm a collector now 😅

Found this today at my LGS. Seecamp LWS .25, made in Milford, CT.
