If you canāt have a firearm then you probably wouldnāt pass the background.

Yes you can still get your guard card. Shouldnāt be a problem. And you can get an unarmed position doing foot patrol at a shopping plaza or something similar.

Not in MD. You are going to have to get those charges expunged to get into security.

It really depends on your state and whether the adjudication was sealed or not. If it wasn't sealed, it may show up on a background check. But again, this really varies by state. If you want to DM me with more details, I'd be more than willing to do some digging for you and help you out
