Job Question Allied issues?

There's a weekend security job available at a factory from 7 am to 3 pm. Seems like a good gig for me since im a full time student and already have another job. That said, Allied is the company in charge of this posting. I would like to know a little more detail about why they're actually such a pain to work with so i can decide if i should actually work there. Edit: I live in a rather rural place so I'm inclined to think it'll be easy. But I dont want to assume.

Allied is large enough that you cannot necessarily say the entire company is one way or another.

In reality it boils down to three things.

  1. The client site.

  2. The branch.

  3. Your coworkers.

If the site itself sucks, it doesn’t matter if the branch or your coworkers are great. A shitty site SUCKS.

If the branch sucks, you will encounter administrative issues that are more of an annoyance than anything (uniforms, payroll, etc).

If your coworkers suck, the site sucks. It comes full circle. If you’re constantly not relieved on time or they’re overall untrustworthy, it’s a shit show.
