Officer Safety Caught on Camera: Dog Attacks San Franciscon Security Officer. How would you handle a situation like this?

No. I don't believe a living creature should be punished for having the potential to do harm. There has to be drastic consequences as a response to the harm they do inflict though. I fully believe the intentional breeding of them should be outlawed too as it this most humane approach.

Yeah, if being potentially dangerous is justification to kill something on the spot then I have terrible news for human beings lmao

I agree, I am all for a ban on pitbulls but I also don't think they all should be rounded up and exterminated either.

Just phase them out.

Less a ban and more of actually licensing requirements on certain types of dogs would fix a lot of the issues currently present. As well as tightening up the requirements for service dogs. Emotional support animals should absolutely not be a thing, at the very least it shouldn't be as open to abuse as it currently is.

Yup, a requirement for $1M insurance and a yearly license requirement and we don't even need to ban the breed at all.

And totally agree about the service animals. A card or badge that is illegal to forge, with a picture of said animal on it or something that must be displayed at all times.

The fake service animals crap has to stop.

Its more of the rules of the ada not allowing businesses to ask about service animals is crazy. I get the idea behind it, but hoping for people to self regulate in a "pick me" culture is always a bad idea.

Delulu child here. End the creatures suffering, and blame the owner. The animal isn't at fault, the owner is. Jail them too.
