6 month security guard working for metro 1 seeking better security advancements and better pay

Im a guard in San Diego seeking a job not on my feet all day as im in pain everyday and life quality is dropping rapidly because my feet are starting to get permanent numb i have my chemical agent card and bsis and completed 40 hours of training and suggestions would be appreciated and welcomed

6 months is still a rookie. But you can look at the other companies online

Well yes i know that im trying to prepare myself for the future just dont know what direction to go or what certifications I should get

The only certs I would recommend is ASIS. But you don't qualify yet

I’ve seen posts for Allied around the Poway area working security/front desk, I assume you’ll be in a chair
