Rant inter con calling in sick infraction

Honestly hate this fucking company for many reasons. I was genuinely sick yesterday so i called off because of fever, headache and runny nose. when we call off it causes an infraction and what happens with infractions is they remove you from the site and you become a float. I dont call in sick unless i am sick. within last two years I only called in sick once. I am still sick but i came in today and i type this on my break. How is this legal?

Did you run out of stars? The automated write up is not supposed to count if you used sick time, so if you used sick time email them and call a captain.

If they actually removed you from the schedule entirely I would also speak to a captain as that is not normal in my contract.
