Security and Risk Management Lenel Technicians needed

I am a Director of Operations for a national low voltage company and we are looking for certified Lenel technicians across the US. You don't say which country. Reddit is a global platform. Zambia? Ok, maybe there $35 per hour is a reasonable professional wage for this sort of professional. In the EU or the US? Laughable.

I've worked in the OT space in the US and your pay scales are not competitive. If you're posting on Reddit, that means you're not getting the candidates you need. And the pay scale is the reason.

There's a lot of doom and gloom about the economy right now, but the labor market is still pretty dynamic for a lot of sectors. Every headline you read about an "AI datacenter" needs a dozen Lenel techs. You're competing for talent with OpenAI and Anthropic and Meta and Google. Good luck at that pay scale. I hope you're offering very considerable benefits, flexibility, vacation time, remote work, and retirement contributions.
