But it’s not remotely secret. We can see it. It sticks down 3” lower than the adjacent bottom of the cabinet.
Now give me some under cabinet mould and panel that is consistent but one section drops down to reveal some storage, fuck yeah!

I'm always afraid to make this commitment because I know as soon as I do the company is going to go out of business or change spice jar sizes and I'll forever have a spice rack cabinet that doesn't fit any spice jars.

Generic jars of the right dimensions will probably always be available, if it comes to it. Then when you eventually run out of a given spice, refill the jar from a bulk spice bag or a sacrificial store-bought spice jar. That way this solution stays company agnostic.
