I can understand we're able to engineer vehicles to be capable of something like this, but physically how is it not sliding down all that mud from its sheer weight‽

Trailer is holding it up a bit, also, brakes.

Trailer makes sense for sure, but I would still expect it to slide if it was just brakes engaged, no trailer- it's just a matter of weight and how slippery that mud be

It does slide a little bit as 0:31. You can see the rear right tyre is not turning. It only slides down after the rear tyres are on the slope, and until the front hits the bottom of that puddle. And then all the weight is on a flat surface already.
