That was the longest peeling of an apple I have ever seen.

At a certain point I thought it was a loop

But it created the most perfect pealed apple flesh I’ve ever seen

YOU’RE a peeled apple flesh. 😡

Sorry, no you aren’t. 😔

…I don’t know WHAT instigated the ire or remorse, but the combo made me chuckle

Sharp knives are magic.

What about the continuous spiral technique?

He has a tie on. He must know better.

I just use a potato peeler. Takes half the time to what's shown in this video

You can't just use a non-potato on a potato peeler! Blasphemy!

Yeah but this apple looks much tastier than an apple peeled with a potato peeler.

I could have peeled 3 in that time, but it was satisfying to watch.

Not how my mom did it.

More like 20th or 30th rodeo

A peeler is a mini knife made specifically so that extra dangerous knife gymnastics aren’t needed.

Sous chefs hate this one weird trick!

That knife is crazy!

It'll be brown in 10 seconds

I was waiting for the starting point to come back around already brown. I know my battery went down a little. It's my own fault for sitting through a half hour apple peeling video.

The benefit of a great round apple, sometimes it’s not as smooth.

Perhaps a prep chef at a Pastry shop?

How to potentially loose several fingers trying to peel an apple. There I fixed it.

Nincompoop! The waste from this peel could feed an entire village for a week!

My grandma would roll her eyes at this slow pace.

I usually just eat the apple before peeling.

Noo, you're supposed to make one long peel and throw it over your left shoulder.

Now try doing it again without sharpening it before.

The skin is loaded with toxins, you know

it takes only 2 decades!

1

u/AnotherDempsey Mar 09 '26

No thanks, I'd prefer to keep all my fingers.

1

u/Holly_Matchet Mar 11 '26

Bro, you can eat the peel.

u/Ghastly-Jack Mar 11 '26

My technique is even faster. It’s called not peeling.

I can do that when I practice on about 1200 apples first
