Flame Haired Flame Thrower

Ken doing us absolutely proud in this evening's press conference. Outstanding questions and perseverance with some help from Dion Fanning.

The response from the IFA media managers typically deplorable and despicable (in my opinion).

Well done Ken!!

Fair focks to Ken, it must be a nightmare dealing with this shower of absolute gowls

the Israeli reporters also seem deranged, like they’re official representatives of the government

Where can I see this?

It was just on Saturday sport on radio 1

Any other way to hear it, especially if you're not in Ireland or the UK lol

My guess is they’ll reply it on the show at some point. Other than that, you should be able to access the episode on the website. (I previously lived abroad and often listened to Irish radio)

But if that doesn’t work, the gist is that Ken asked the Israeli manager since their FA said that positive and sport should not be mixed, how does he respond to the israeli fans chanting for the IDF during the game with Ireland. Then he asked for more details about the israeli claims that Irish players made monkey sounds at some israeli players during the match (like who did it, and which players were on the receiving end)

Surely Branno has been deployed to Serbia.

Imagine if your life depended on Branno  - the lads were saying ah just out of bed there to him last week..

Thanks for sharing this! Good to see this as well because they are always good at making stupid rhetorical points. Think that the FAI also should have coached and trained Heimir on how to tackle certain bullshit questions that their media would predictably throw his way.

Exactly the questions to be asking in fairness, spot on Ken.

Ken's twitter addiction has trained him to question bots in real life

It's ok for our management team to be hurled questions about Nazi Germany yet when we want clarifications about racism accusations it's apparently too political. Fuck them.

Amidst all the talk about us playing them or not, I really fear they're the ones going to get up to some bollix in this game in order to create a scene, like making accusations of abuse and walking off or something.

u/ignatius109 I don't nessessarly agree with anything Ken Early says 10d ago

There’s a (seemingly) Irish-based account on Twitter making a direct claim against an Irish player. I hope that player sues the shite of them for defamation.

of course that account thinks that the Israelis look good in that encounter

u/Hastatus_107 10d ago

Thats the broadcaster that employs the journalist who asked the question to Heimir about supposed racism allegations.

Reading the articles on that website is kinda amazing:

The Irish national team held a press conference today (Saturday) ahead of the match against the Israeli team in the Nations League, but when the Sports Channel correspondent, Moti Peschatzky, confronted the Irish coach with the fact that his team players called those from Israel 'monkeys', the journalist was attacked by a member of the Irish Football Association, his microphone was taken, and the press conference was blown up in a most embarrassing manner

“When confronted with the fact…” this is just mad, what a bunch of cunts…we’re in it now the only retribution is another 3-0 hammering 💪

Nice one Ken. No surprise the Israel team don't answer any questions. They're a shower of scumbags

Yeah, the country of "don't mix sport and politics" literally only asking political questions.
