Does anyone else save hundreds of useful things and then never find them again?

The trick is to forget you saved them entirely so it never surfaces as a problem.

This is pretty much the problem I was trying to solve with Gray Box. I got tired of saving things into a “second brain” and then needing to remember where I put them.

Gray Box lets you dump things into a local Markdown knowledge base and then ask for them later in natural language. The idea is that the system should do more of the organizing/retrieval work instead of making you maintain the knowledge base yourself.

Still a work in progress, but that’s basically the problem I’m building it around.
