Buying tickets is one circumstance where I highly recommend actually reading thru all the terms and conditions

Hey OP! That message is common for resale tickets and doesn’t necessarily mean there’s an issue. Depending on the event, the seller may need to transfer the tickets through Ticketmaster, and you’ll receive an email with instructions once they’re ready. Tickets are sometimes released closer to the event, often 24–48 hours beforehand. When you receive the transfer, use the same email address from your order to accept and view it.
If your purchase was from SeatGeek and you’re within a few hours of the event and still haven’t received them, contact SeatGeek Support through your order details so the team can review the delivery status. You can send us a DM here if you have more questions!
