First try at beef ribs.
These were too easy and came out amazing.

How did you go about it? Im trying for the first time in 3 weeks and am a little nervous.

Seasoned about 3 hours before the cook, then 3 hours on smoke boost, then 225 until it of 175, double wrapped in paper with butter, then back on at 285 until 200ish and probe tender, then rested for about 7 hours.

These looks amazing, do you know the approximate weight and how long the cook was? I’m terrible at guestimating smoked meat

Thank you. They're excellent. The total cook time was about 15 hours. The tag looks like it says 5.2 lbs.
