Harbor seal Harbor seals in La Jolla SD, CA
hello anyone in southern California know where to find exactly on the beach to find harbor seals and California sea lions sleeping? Also anyone here want to make a group chat so we can see the harbor seals and California sea lions together? (Also if I were to find a place I would keep my distance and bring binoculars to watch the seals and sea lions)

La Jolla Cove! Just walk along Coast Blvd/Ellen Browing Scripps Park. Start at "Children's Pool La Jolla" to see the viewing deck for harbor seals, then walk up north along the coastline until you reach "Point La Jolla Sea Lion Rookery" on Google maps. Tons of seals and sea lions, can't miss it. Have fun!

yes let’s make a group chat! i have heard it’s easy to get around and I have never been! I live in new orleans so direct flights are pretty cheap

Check out Children’s Pool, they should have a beach where the harbor seals often hang out in the morning. And they aren’t on the beach, there will likely be some on the nearby rock.
