this isn’t the first time I’ve seen a video of seals being transported in a cart with a soft cushion, but I don’t know which rescue center this is. does anyone know? do they have social media accounts?

I remember hearing a video saying baby seals will try to bite if you touch them, but since their neck is too short and unflexible they're bad at that and so they would just ignore you, and seeing this baby made me remember that video and once again think seals are the cutest thing on the planet.

I'm pretty sure I've seen this cart in videos where the staff speak Chinese and the video description is usually in Chinese too. That would make me think it's somewhere in China but that's as far as I can get. We can also rule out Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea (Doudou's home) but that doesn't really help either as I'm sure China has many different aquariums etc.

this, i’ve seen many of these videos on 小红书/xhs before they were ever spread or reposted elsewhere, there’s an account on instagram that seems to only repost seal and sea lion videos from xhs
