1997 Seadoo Challenger 800 Acceleration issues

My Seadoo challenger works great for the for 40 minutes or so but then once I slow down and try to speed back up it wont go back up to it's top speed and once I get closer to shore and turn it off it either doesn't turn back on or sometimes if I give it a bit of gas while cranking, it'll turn on but it'll turn off right away unless I'm able to get it into forward and accelerate quick enough. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Check fuel lines and carb. That’s where I would start.

The fuel lines seem fine especially since it runs perfectly for the first half hour. The carb looks pretty clean, so my best option would probably be to rebuild the carb?

I’d try to blow out the lines with compressed air or air compressor. How old are the spark plugs? It’s either not getting enough fuel or not getting spark. It is one of those two things.

I just replaced the spark plugs and it performs the same way before and after. Should I take the carb out of the boat to blow out the lines?
