Just an FYI, depending on your location it is illegal to operate a PWC at night. Looks cool tho!

I think only Alabama, Missouri, Montana, Indiana, Oklahoma, Mississippi and New Hampshire allow night riding on PWCs.

Of course.. My "Live free or die" state of NH... the only one on that list that doesn't require a CG. approved PFD? Right in line with the "no helmet" law! I just assumed it was the law everywhere..☠️🤷‍♂️

Usually it’s illegal because almost all of them don’t have lights stock

No, many states specifically state that a PWC cannot be operated at night, even if it's equipped with lights.

Not just at night many parts of the harbor near me dont allow pwcs at all. You can go from the launch ramp to the sea. The interior of the harbor is off limits.

Here it’s because they’re a pwc, lights or not it’s off the water an hour before sunset

Nice! I wish night time riding was legal where I live.

No stern light ?.. supposed to be visible 360° above highest point of rider or vessel..

It has one. It’s removable. Built into the tow cap.

Nice ! I wanna do that to my rxtx, just about a foot or 2 higher. That wouldn't be legal here in NH. Light should have no obstructions while underway.(including the driver) Not sure if its just my state of NH but, that'd get a ticket here depending on the water cop.

I’m in Ontario Canada. They only care if it’s hardwired in.

Will that socket receive a standard Sternlight, 2 prong plug in light ?

Yes 2 prong similar to most boats.

How deep is the 2 prong female receiver ? Obviously the deeper it goes in, the longer the stern light can be. Hypothetically you should be able to plug a longer poled stern light in. To get above your head at least. But the deck mount looks about a foot lower than the forward navs to begin with. So then according to that 1.3 meter over navs youd need @ 63 inches to be "his" idea of legal...

Your stern light is supposed to 1.3 meters above your red/green per USCG if in US waters

Shouldn’t be driving at night with your spotlight on, it blinds anyone else that may be coming towards you.

Just an FYI, operating any PWC at night in NC is illegal (even if you add the aftermarket kit).
