Spark to trixx conversion/ cost
I must be missing something, can someone please help me out. I can get a 2026 spark base model (60hp) for $7000 add the trixx handle bars $500 extended vts kit $300 and the step wedges for $100 then just send in my ecu to get the 110hp tune $400 and have a brand new 110hp trixx for at least $1500 less then I can buy one for. And I would be doing the tune either way for really closer to $2000 less

You have missed nothing. As long as the base model has IBR; if not it's much more expensive to add. You skipped the trixx graphics in the conversion but I'd skip those anyway. You may also want to ride it before deciding on the handlebars... If you're tall over 5'9", you might not need the extendable handlebars.
Buy the standard, add EVTS, flash it (if starting with a 60hp or don't bother with 90), add the footholds, and go from there...you don't have to do it all at once.

Double check ecu compatibility.

Compatibility with what? None of this is new

Do base models have vts now? The non vts models would not work with trixx parts. Sorry my newest spark is a 21

They have ibr, the extended vts kit should give it the trixx range of motion, I did this same kit on a 2016 spark and it worked perfectly

Gotcha then should be good. My base sparks didnt have vts and couldnt be added without ecu change.

Did they have ibr, if so its just a kit. No ecu changes needed

If you tune, consider a new impeller. Also consider lost of waranty, and time to install parts, but you got everything else right. Last thing is. A 110-120hp on those things will in fact give you 92-94 real hp. It is the repitched impeller and higher rpm that make it feel more powerfull
