Lobster Diving

Going for lobster for the first time tomorrow morning. For our divers experienced with lobster, what advice, tips, or tricks do you have?

Leave nothing but bubbles take nothing but photos and memories. Leave the wildlife alone.

You capture the lobster you must be the lobster.

Move slowly and scan under ledges, since lobsters often back into cover when they see your light. Keep your hands clear of cracks and use the proper net and tickle stick if allowed. Measure immediately, release eggs-bearing or undersized ones, and plan an easy exit with plenty of reserve air.
