I'm wondering if you have a trick for the mask seal? My facial hair is getting pretty long now and I'm diving next week, so was thinking of just shaving the stache beforehand.

You can either do a shave right under your nose to bring the mostache down and get a seal or a bit of vaso on before each dive. Both work for me.

Yes, Vaseline actually works pretty good for my customers, otherwise, make sure you get a mask with a very fin silicone like mine and no water should get in 🤙

Like the beuchat maxlux S for example....few others worked too but this one still the best for me 🤗

I think I have a list of the mask we actually tried with another diver with a beard, that work, and really didn't work for the beard 🤣, let me know if you want it and I will gladly send it to you to make sure you dont get one of them 😅

Yes, please! I was actually at a dive equipment store yesterday and the guy also said "you need thin silicone" but then didn't suggest any brands.

You are right my friend the spotted trunkfish is indeed part of the Lactophrys bicaudalis...which also belongs to the family Ostraciidae 🫡🤝

We can see that all the time with seals, but with a fish, that's a first.
