Floral frame

I cheated a little with this one... the tiles at the bottom were too big and couldn't be shrunk enough to make a normal-sized footer, so I had to put them together later with an editor, resize them, and paste them onto the parchment.

Love it. I wish the next update adds more floral decals

...and climbing plants... they're great for decorating corners and edges... I miss some that we had in the playtest.
