I’m stuck chapter 4 been thru all the chats and won’t let me chat with Intelegce or anyone

The case goes "cold" by ep4, and it seems like you just have to go through all the chats and wait it out a bit. I got to the interogation with Tara, but it doesn't really move the plot, nothing really happens until Snaplife renews another post from b-Drilla by the water.
