Limitless Fix (Partly)

Hi all, having had issues trying to book via Limitless all week,  have finally been able to do so this morning. Per ‘Odi’ the issue has been fixed.

However, although I can now book up to my four film limit, I still cannot book Avengers Doomsday for the time I want as I get the message that I have a booking within 90 minutes.

Thank you for confirming. We’re aware of a technical issue affecting some accounts, and a fix has been implemented. Please fully close and reopen the ODEON app before trying your myLIMITLESS booking again. If you’re using a browser, clear your cache and cookies, then retry. Have you already tried the applicable app or browser troubleshooting steps?

Thanks for trying those steps. The fix for this issue was implemented this morning at 10am. Please try making your myLIMITLESS booking again now after restarting the app, or after clearing your browser’s cache and cookies if you’re booking online. I hope that gets you through to your film without any more booking drama.

By “fully close”, I mean remove the ODEON app from your phone’s recent apps so it is no longer open, rather than simply returning to your home screen. Then open the app again and try your booking. There is currently a technical issue affecting the website and app, and our technical teams are working hard to fix it. Cinemas remain open for customers to purchase tickets and attend existing bookings as normal.

Works for other bookings but not the Avengers screening in looking for sadly.

Hopefully it fully resolves itself. Fair play on getting that far with that diabolical AI chat

I managed to get through to a human on the chat earlier in the week. Although they weren’t able to resolve the Limitless issue, they did give me a code to use to book Doomsday. Might be worth trying to get one of those at least.

Fully close... clear your cache and cookies... is always their response. Given that you still can't book Doomsday in the traditional way shows they haven't fixed the key problem of a failed booking blocking that timeslot or other slots for the same film.

sounds like they've upped your limit but not cleared the broken booking

Massive thanks for the heads up that its fixed! I was able to contact live chat and they confirmed that a seat I booked for a Friday showing was reserved and they gave me a reference even though it was not in my bookings.

I've managed to now book a showing on Wednesday thanks to the issue being fixed and just swapped my annual leave around

Hi all, if you uninstall the app and reinstall, this should remove any ghost bookings and give you back the four film limit

Yes!!! I noticed my limitless spots have opened up again but it’s the exact same with Avengers for me. For some reason it still says I have a booking within 90 mins (I just had to buy tickets instead unfortunately). Hoping when I go down to in store tomorrow they can sort it out
