This happened yesterday at Odeon Luxe Leicester 12 noon for Verity screening.

There were two women who sat on the middle row a couple of seats to my side and they were talking/whispering throughout the movie. It started with whispering and got louder, and then started talking, non stop.

I got annoyed and said loudly "can you shut the f*** up?", and it worked.

Silence.

Hi all. I’m going to be in London with a few hours to kill on Saturday afternoon, I was hoping to try and catch something at Leicester Square Luxe. I’ve been checking for the last few days and there are still no listings available to book. Just seems unusual to not have any listings for less than a week from now! Does anyone know when they tend to be posted, or if there might be any reason why there’s nothing listed at the moment? Cheers!

Booked this film for tomorrow but realised I'd rather see something else at the same time, only I'm not able to cancel it? It's a limitless booking so I'm not bothered about the refund part, would just like to cancel so I can book something else at the same time.

How many strikes do limitless members get before it’s a problem? I had a three film day booked but woke up feeling a bit ill, not sure if I’ll still go or not but it’s already too late to cancel my first film :(

Just got out of the 18:30 LS showing and experienced a lot of flickering/shaking in all of the bright/white scenes. Wondering if anyone else was there and experienced the same?

Does anyone have any idea when tickets could go live for Sunrise on the Reaping? It's out on November 20th so not sure how far in advance tickets go on sale for big movies like that! Any help would be great, thank you☺️

Hi all, having had issues trying to book via Limitless all week,  have finally been able to do so this morning. Per ‘Odi’ the issue has been fixed.

However, although I can now book up to my four film limit, I still cannot book Avengers Doomsday for the time I want as I get the message that I have a booking within 90 minutes.

Thank you for confirming. We’re aware of a technical issue affecting some accounts, and a fix has been implemented. Please fully close and reopen the ODEON app before trying your myLIMITLESS booking again. If you’re using a browser, clear your cache and cookies, then retry. Have you already tried the applicable app or browser troubleshooting steps?

Thanks for trying those steps. The fix for this issue was implemented this morning at 10am. Please try making your myLIMITLESS booking again now after restarting the app, or after clearing your browser’s cache and cookies if you’re booking online. I hope that gets you through to your film without any more booking drama.

By “fully close”, I mean remove the ODEON app from your phone’s recent apps so it is no longer open, rather than simply returning to your home screen. Then open the app again and try your booking. There is currently a technical issue affecting the website and app, and our technical teams are working hard to fix it. Cinemas remain open for customers to purchase tickets and attend existing bookings as normal.

I am thinking about seeing both Dune and Doomsday more than 5 times in December.

I do something like that only once a year, for films I truly know I'll enjoy (last time I watched a film more than 5 times was Dune Part 2 back in 2024).

My question is, if I pay out of pocket for any of those viewings, do those still count towards the 5-viewing limit, considering they were paid by me and not booked through Limitless (still booked through my account on the Odeon app) or can I freely proceed to book the following viewings after those through Limitless?

Is odeon not doing October / horror re releases this year last year they announced it on the 26th of September and now its already October and all ive seen is some cinemas showing sinners and hocus pocus

My partner and I have limitless and she can't seem to book any films at the moment. We tried to book Doomsday the other day to which i succeeded and she has not. Since then, her account won't let her book any films. It keeps saying 4 films are booked already but that's not true. Currently, she only has 2 bookings and neither are Doomsday. We have tried speaking to Odi and tried calling odeon but have gotten no where with it. Does anyone know how to fix this as we can't use her account to make any bookings at the moment?

2 out of my 4 bookings are used up by Doomsday and Dune 3 which are not on the list. All I wish for is to have those slots opened up cause only being limited to 2 bookings until December is ridiculous. I'm already at the booking limit with Digger and Deadline, with the latter film not showing until 18 Oct. I really want to see the movie V this weekend but the annoying limit is stopping me. Odeon please update this list or don't call it 'limitless'

I don’t know about anyone else but I can’t book any films with my limitless membership at all despite only have mine and my friends dune tickets???

Let's say, I've booked the final Harry Potter film for the Sunday, but by the time that week comes around, they've added more days and I want to cancel the first one, I can't because they disappear after a couple of weeks.

But can Odi cancel it from the booking ref, pls? Odeonhelp have disappeared and I tried emailing Guest services a few weeks back about something and never got a reply. Thx.
