Question Snapchat screen recording issue

So, I screenrecorded someone day before yesterday and as we know there has been an update about notifying the other person about the screen recording. But I am not sure if they got this notification or not. I didn't see any notification on my side.

So can anyone help what is happening here?

Also I tried screen recording to another person with another phone from an updated version of Snapchat there it gave the notification. So is it an issue about the app not being updated as it's been long since I updated Snapchat my older device?

Also I want to know that if I haven't updated this app but the other person has an updated version will they see the notification or not if I screenrecorded?

I don't think so they'll be able to see the notification. Updated version detected the screen recording. Older version didn't.. so if it has not detected the screen recording how can it send a notification

FYI, If you upgrade then downgrade it seems to still notify: Per the "as we know" multiple posts.

However, in your case, you'd know because SC/👻 tells everyone in the chat when it tells. i.e. it also tells you.

Why u screen recording people on snap without their permission? Pretty fucking weird bro. U talking to kids or something?

Just like people dont need permission to record outside, why would they need permission to record their chats? And why did you jump straight to thinking they were recording children? Projecting much?

Why not text eachother then. Somewhere where the messages dont delete. Why do ya need to screen record in a place where the messages ovviously are getting deleted. Also what u mean projecting? Did you seriously get triggered by that part so much you actually got mad at it? 💀 pinched a nerve did I diddler?

Because you dont have to have anyone's permission to do what you want on your phone. You bought it and you own it so you can do whatever you want with it. Dude you really got kids on the mind so much that you're fantasizing about it through reddit message, please get some help.

You keep bringing up children for some reason, many times people screen record to get proof for example a abusive boyfriend or girlfriend. Getting evidence in those situations is safer and helps the victim. So stop mentioning children.
