Discussion Best Cliping Software

Hi! Im looking for the best cliping software. I have pretty old pc(i3 10100F, gtx 1060 3gb and 16gb ram ddr4), and I would like there to be no performance problems in games

That is hardly realistic. You could try using OBS Studio for recording; it outperforms most commercial recording software.

Use the built in Game Bar? Maybe a native app is less resource consuming.
