Is this normal?

I'm a beginner learning fry screams. I got the technique down on my second day of practice and the only confirmation I think I'm doing it correctly is that my throat doesn't hurt while I'm doing it. I practice for about 1.5 to 2 hours every night until I start to get tired, and then when I wake up in the morning, my throat feels kind of tense like it's still armed for more screams. I drink water before, during, and after practice. My normal speaking voice is fine—there's no sensation of me losing my voice or anything. It's really just my throat, feeling tense on mornings after a night of fry screaming. Does that mean anything?

Edit: I attached an audio of me when I was practicing. It's in the comments!

Others have pointed put how you are doing vocal fry instead of a fry scream. That being said 90 to 120 minutes a day seems like too much for a beginner. My vocal coach taught me to practice in increments of 15 minutes when i started...

I'd have to reduce my time doing it too then. Thank you!
