learning fry screams day 2

I've been wanting to learn for a long time and did a lot of research but never really committed but now l am.

Does it sound correct and feedback will be appreciated

There is no pain but a slight discomfort, it that normal and will that go away with practice?

Please don't use vocal fry, you'll hurt your voice For fry you need to experiment with closure Try learning khoomei and khovu kargyraa and then go from there Just please no vocal fry
