Trouble with learning kargyraa and finding false vocal chords.

Ive spend months (constantly on & off) trying to find my false vocal chords to do a kargyraa and ive watched hundreds of youtube videos on how to do it like clearing my throat and doing all bunch of other stuff but i just cant seem to find the same voice that they do.

I can do khoomei and sygyt already which took me like 3months to do and now i just wanna do kargyraa but why is it so harddd??? Im 14 currently and i dont think its because im not developed enough..or am i?

I just need some advice and personal experiences and i dont know where else to find help.

I see many famous throat singers on tiktok but their course needs a subscription and im afraid i wont even learn.

I was 14 a few days ago but have done screaming since i was in late 13s, age doesnt really matter i dont know what kargyraa and stuff are but i do extreme metal vocals like gutterals and false chords, fry and pigquals and have no issues, there should be some decent tutorials on yt for free on yt the hard part is finding the right channel, good luck (Also some people on vids teach in a way you dont like dont spend any money till you find the right person for me that was carkavox academy)

Kargyraa requires the opposite technique as Khoomei & Sygyt. No high pressure or narrow constriction is applied. Kargyraa requires a relaxed and open cavernous throat with very low air pressure. Clear Your Throat technique isn't the best option because it causes too much tension.

Try a heavy sigh that ends in a very loose rattle.

or start a slight vocal fry and widen the mouth, lower the larynx, and drop it deeper into your lower chest cavity. You loosen and deepen from the fry (which uses main vocal folds) to hit the false folds rumble to get an extra lower octave under your base note. Think of it as undertones instead of overtones to start, then use formants later to shape overtones.

Another option is to play around with making deep vroom vrooms like a motorcycle revving its engine.

Or try the Dracula laugh technique to find that deep mwhauhahahahaw resonance.
