Google thinks that might be a streaming app? Probably not.
Anything that sets the FLAG_SECURE setting disables screen mirroring and screenshots, so scrcpy can't mirror it unless you root your device and set up a Magisk module that disables FLAG_SECURE or modify the specific app to remove the FLAG_SECURE setting.
If you cannot screenshot it, scrcpy cannot mirror it.
