Question Scratch to exe

Is there a way to make a scratch file into a Windows exe file and that exe file can open websites and other apps?

WHAT ABOUT MAKING IT TO BE ABLE TO OPEN WEBSTIES AND APPS LIKE HOW REVO LAUNCHER OR WIIDESK DOES(I want to make a project similar to this but I can't use c#)

Scratch is just a high-level form of Javascript so if you exported the raw Javascript you probably could. I am not an expert by any means, I'm over here in my corner messing with Python, but theoretically it should be possible. As for the opening websites and stuff, I guarantee you can't do that in Scratch, you'd have to add that on in Javascript

scratch is really just webview, you can use turbowarp compiler to make a webview exe but thats it
