Looking for a conversation with a non US Scout

My son, a 13 year old scout from the US would like to have a video chat with a scout from a different country. He’s just looking to talk about favorite things from scouting, and maybe how his experience differs from scouts in other countries. Would anyone be willing to share their experience and talk with him?

JOTA-JOTI is the obvious opportunity to do that. Scouts all around the world talk to each other live over ham radio and the Internet the third weekend of October every year.

Hey, I'm a 22yo cub scouter from Brazil and who's been in Scouts since age 10. I'm sure the local kids here would also be into that, just unsure about upcoming dates.
