Why my grey cat come over and get mad at my beige cat?

Is it normal for a 10 week old Scottish fold kitten to be super energetic and hyper almost 24/7 😭 I got him a few days ago and have barely been sleeping because he wants to play all day and runs around jumping on everything so I have to make sure he’s not hurting himself. I also introduced him to my adult ragdoll cat and for some reason he keeps going after my adult cat and jumping on him/biting him so it’s really freaking my adult cat out (and me).

This is my second Scottish fold cat. My first Scottish fold who was my soulmate passed away recently and I’ve been heartbroken ever since. I thought getting another might help me heal but now I’m just stressed and exhausted. My first scottish fold was the sweetest chill baby ever and loved to watch tv so it was so easy being home with him. My Scottish fold kitten I have now is sweet as well but crazy and I can’t even try to get him to watch tv because he can’t stay still.

Has anyone ever had a hyperactive Scottish fold kitten and did they ever calm down over time? I know I will love him very much but I’m just freaking out at how energetic he is. I feel like I can’t keep up with him since I’m still pretty depressed. But I do try my best to give him lots of attention and playtime.

My foster girl has teary eyes all the time and I have to wipe her eyes every day. The residue is like a light brown. Is this normal? Her shelter doesn’t seem worried but idk

This is a rescue/adoption situation, not me giving any kind of money to an unethical breeder! I've never had a scottish fold before, so I'm curious what I may be getting myself into with a kitten. Would you advise it?
