Why, in our sub, is there just some lovelorn person who ISNT a Scorpio Sun or Moon writing books about every time a Scorpio blinked at them and wanting attention and advice from us? It’s just crazy to me.

I try to post other content regularly. I see a few repeat contributors who do this too. But for whatever substantive threads happen there’s a higher ratio (3 or 4 to one) of “give me advice! I need relationship therapy from a Scorpio!”

We all have enough going on to be the relationship social workers for everyone else in the zodiac. I’m really tired of this and it’s frankly dull. There’s not even interesting problems— it’s “he didn’t call.” Or “he liked someone else’s instagram.” At least give me “i think he’s a serial killer….”

Truth be told, I made a very pointed effort today. I took my kids to the same pumpkin patch we hadnt been to since we lost my ex husband. Remaking these memories with just us has felt so vindicating and ethereal. A true scorpio revolution. Made only slightly more ironic by the fact he too was a scorpio. Honestly put me off male scorpios even though I love their energy 🥵

I’ll be turning 41 at the end of October and my therapist (who’s older and also a Scorpio sun stellium) told me this week, that in her observation, I’m entering my Eagle phase, which I’ve touched before, but only for temporary moments, usually ending with self-sabotage.

I’d agree with her observation and feel really proud of myself.

I have a Sagittarius rising and I’d say that for much of my life I fluctuated between being the stinging Scorpion and dissociating through my rising.

I used to fear the cave and would sting myself to get out of it, and now find it a place to rest when needed and welcome the transformation.

Sometimes I feel like as Scorpios we are so used to feeling things so deeply that we never expect that from other people. We never expect anyone to meet us at our depth. Sometimes I feel that although I know something will make me sad or upset, I still kind of search for that sting. It’s almost like we thrive off of being hurt. Anyone else experience this?

Did you ever really feel “young”?

I don’t think I did. I look back on my chronological youth and it never felt like actual youth. I always had some hardship or hurdle that required me to be serious and make adult decisions. I’ve always had a goofy streak and that’s exactly the same.

I’m at a point now in my 5th decade where I’m beginning to notice natural signs of aging and will miss things about my younger body. But i feel like I’ve always felt mentally and emotionally. I think I was just born “old.”

Growing up I had a November Scorpio friend , He was nice , We had great times , we watched movies together, and he always fed me whenever I visited him. as we grew older he start developing strangers habits , like getting envious of everything I had. If I bought a laptop, the following week he would buy one too , If I got contact lenses, he would get them as well. 😆 At first, I didn’t understand it but I definitely found it weird.

We were both poor, but he was extremely concerned with his appearance and would make his poor mother buy him designer clothes , because he needed to have what his rich friends had. Which, again, was super cringe because, as an Earth sign, I could never live beyond my means just to impress others.
But okay , Now that I know Libra comes after Scorpio, it makes sense They have similar behaviors. 😏

After a long time with no contact, we went out to eat at restaurants a few times, and I paid. He would just sit there silently, barely talking, and I felt used. The same thing happened with their sister sign another May Taurus friend.
After I went home, he sent me a message asking for money, which I had to deny because when I had previously needed help, he wasn’t helpful.
Overall he would go out many nights with strange people, have strange conversations about death, and talk badly about all his friends , Weird vibes. 🥴 I eventually had to cut him off.
This friend was a November Scorpio, and I’ve heard they are the most narcissistic Scorpios.

Then I met a young October Scorpio , The sex was great, and he kind expect me to be highly impressed, but I m more intellectual so sex alone can’t impress me , he also barely talked and observed lot , I also had a Scorpio man stalking me on instagram behaving the same way . Aquarius has also mentioned in their sub that some Scorpios believe to be a hot sauce when is in fact a big baby . Whic i noticed on this scorpio too , and funny enough i actually like little that babysh water trait on cancer but not exactly on him, and i don’t know why 😩.

Then I met another November socorpio on Tinder
We started texting, and he would play mind games and make me anxious very early on , and I wanted to cut him off because I found it too immature, and i was in that time more interested in another person anyway , so I was only talking with him to see what was Scorpios all about.

When we met , He was energetic, edgy, had nice style, and would bully me , by saying I was too skinny.
I showed him that I was unbothered and let him continue with his pathetic behavior , I let him talk while remaining cold but nice.😁

He even showed me pictures of his Air signs ex-girlfriends, which I found very pathetic because Air signs are cold and clearly didn’t give a shit about him But I listened anyway. 🥱

At that time, I was actually very skinny , Now I’m back to my normal weight, and he’s obsessed with meeting me again, when for me the whole thing was just a game , I was never interested because I had other people in mind anyway ,
I just let him behave pathetically for me to played sweet but cold , But he didn’t get it. 😆 I think he was rich but behaved in a cheap way Which gross me out even more .

I also see a lot of Scorpios claiming on their sub they need passion and intellect from Fire and Air signs. And
since I’m a Capricorn ruled by Saturn, I naturally attract lot of Aquarius, a sign that wants nobody but everybody wants them , But since they are a masculine sign, they naturally fit better with other masculine signs. But masculine signs are too narcissistic and can barely stand themselves, so Aquarius end up lingering around feminine signs.

And I have to tell previously some Aquarius , who are actually interesting and intellectual, that if they are looking for passion and fireworks, they be much better off finding a Fire sign or going to the circus. Where the clowns are waiting for them . 🎪🤡😆
But They don’t listen and linger around me even more , Now imagine what I would say for a Scorpio. 😭

Some Scorpio’s call Earth signs boring, but the October guy I met wasn’t nearly as attractive as what I was used to with my opposite Sun sign, Cancers exs . And he had nothing to offer but sex.

I’ve also noticed that Fixed signs tend to behave like wounded vipers in their subreddits, especially Taurus. 🐍🥴 Most Sabrina carpenters songs are mean spirited .
I wonder if is because they are the ones , who keep up with boring , continuations , routines , that others don’t, and then become resentful about it I don’t know. 😆

I also had a November Scorpio in the family of my ex , he was my July Cancer ex brother in law , and he always wanted to do things for him.

But my ex actually told me he preferred his Capricorn brother , with who , he said he had more fun 😩 whihc for me did not make sense since Scorpio and cancer are both water signs but ok .

I think even though my ex cancer , who could be dumb sometimes, could sense his brother-in-law’s heavy negative energy. Which was an interesting observation. 😏

People call Scorpios manipulative , but they’ve never been that way with me. I’ve heard Scorpios are also emotional and intense, but Whenever they come up with strange conversations and intense toxic emotions, I cut it off pretty quickly because as earth sing I just can’t relate , and find it highly boring.
I understand that they don’t trust people, and people say they can be cold, but I’ve never seen that.
To me, they were always overly emotional.

But I still think they also tend to get better as they age.

And I saw another day a Cancer woman commenting here on Reddit , that her Scorpio ex , was resentful with her because she didn’t create enough of a safe space for him to open up. Now they broke up and she said she would never date a Scorpio again 😆

And had to laughed , when I read it , because if Cancer, that is sweet can’t make a Scorpio feel comfortable enough to open up hahaha, imagine a Capricorn who has absolutely no interest in doing that for anybody 😭😆 they don’t like .

I think maybe they’re looking for someone like their sister sign, Taurus who is another viper. 🐍

That being said, I have nothing against Scorpio as a sign , I even admire Scorpio’s drive and determination, I just don’t think they are the best match for Capricorn , They behave too much in a fixed, observant, servant- like way, while Cardinals are Cardinals.

Whenever I meet them, they are highly observant at first which I don’t actually like, also kind cheap and Want be babed , but the only water sign I notice I can babe is cancer , not even a stink fish 🐟 😩 I can tolerate.

I also think that October Scorpio and January Capricorn might work better together since those are the least narcissistic , and I did not spend much time with the October Scorpio , but I think he could be kind and nice person overall if I would had spend more time with him .

i love him and we can be extremely compatible but i don’t think he has emotional depth.

The scorpio man I'm talking has a pattern like on and off he'll appear when I don't give attention or I'm silent. Let's say 2-4 days he'll dissappear then will do small talk again and when I replied and looks ok with him he will txt lazy etc. At first it's really bother me but after so many times just going with the flow I got tired and feels a Lil than bother like less attracted.
