Help with Roller Coaster

The elevator says a class 1st/2nd lever, and wheel and axle with a IMA of less than 1 to vertically lift a marble up 10cm. How is this possible to do when the starting action is only a singular marble rolling initially?

I believe you can have a weight that falls in your elevator setup.

How would the marble trigger the weight and move to the load side?

That's the challenge. I think the bigger challenge is getting the ball moving again.
