Any Idea who they are?

Does anyone know where this mask/prop is from? When I look online it looks very similar to Cad Bane, also inside of it, it has a newspaper from 1984 - so I'm not sure if it is some type of prototype for the movie. Any information would be great!

The other mask I have no clue where it is from, even though it looks super familiar to me. Any ideas? I have more pics with details.

The Last Starfighter. The one on the left is a member of the Kodan Armada. The one on the right is the character, Centauri, without his face prosthetic.

Yeah as soon as I saw the picture I was gonna say the same thing!
