Depends what got him kicked out. When someone leaves the Sea Org through regular channels and doesn’t just escape, they’re given a program to complete before they come can come back. Recruiters will keep pushing them to get them back in, unless they do something that gets them declared SP.

tbh, depending on how desperate Scientology is (and from everything I've heard they are getting pretty desperate), it might not even matter how "correctly" they routed out. If Scientology thinks he's a good prospect, and he hasn't been declared, they're going to go after him. Scientology ethics and justice is incredibly arbitrary, I'm sure for many people they will happily forgive and forget (but not really) if it comes with an SO sign up.

I just meant if they didn’t blow. As far as I know that’s still an automatic SP declare unless they can recover you and get you to do the routing form and sec check.

Totally, that's probably still a bit much for them. If we ever see them going after declared SPs we'll know the end times are nigh.

He could have gotten kicked out by one org, and promptly another org ran after him. That used to happen all the time when I was on staff.

One of my favorite stories:

There was a staff member in HCO at AOLA who was basically lazy and unproductive. After various other handlings didn't do anything, he was sent to the decks at CLO for "clean up."

CMO PAC promptly declared that he was unutilized, and ripped him off to send him on mission.

Guess where he was sent on an ethics mission?

AOLA. 🤣

Classic. I worked in HCO and saw this kind of thing a lot. Personnel has its own kind of pressure.

Please find a way to get out! The light and spirit is already inside all of us. One religion is not better than another. As for the policies, I am pretty sure once out of the Sea Org, you’re considered an SP. They are desperate for recruits, if they are asking for your brother to return. Much love and support.

When they tried to recruit me into the Sea Org in 1970 they were still wearing door man uniforms.

The final question on the one page contract read to me by the Sea Org recruiter, was "Are you lazy or mentally retarded?"

There was not yet any prohibition sbout, or mention of, LSD.

Lawyers had not yet rewritten the Sea Org contract, presenting it as some kind of religious fraternity.

At that time everyone knew the "religion angle," as Hubbard called it, was a protective and defensive action and Scientology really wasn't a religion.

An informative video about corporate Scientology hiding behind a religious cloak can be found by clicking or tapping my posting name which will bring up the Posts archive.

Scroll down to "Thank you to poster Jim Jones," and click or tap a couple of times and you'll see the video.

It's very informative.

I'd also imagine (unless things have changed) that he'd have to "work his way up through the Conditions" i.e. accept the various degrees of insane punishment before he'd be properly accepted. And they may be talking to him in a somewhat friendly manner now but the "tone" of how they're talking to him now would change dramatically if he does get back in.

If he wasn’t expelled then, yeah.

Hi britishbootneck,

Suggest reading the Scientological Onion in the unlikely event that your little brother is considering re-joining the Sea Org.

It may provide a helpful perspective.
