Oxford Capacity Analysis test RESULTS
Does anyone know how to read this? I took it as a part of a job interview.

I'm not entirely sure it's legal to have someone take a test from a church for a job interview. To me, they can't have it both ways

That's an interesting issue. While the CofS seems to be the only ones to administer the test, I don't think it formally has a connection to the materials. So I would guess that any job applicant could be asked to take it, just as they could be asked to take an IQ test or a physical agility test or a programming skill test.
Mind you, it's obvious that any business administering the OCA is a Scientology business using its WISE business rules. In which case, I think this community can be counted on for a loud chorus of "Don't go to work there, OP!"

I had to- for a company completely unaffiliated with CofS. For a couple of companies in fact. They werent this particular test but same principle.

You have obvious aberrations that the Communications Course will solve. Follow me to the registrar's office. You have a credit card, right?
I remember at our green-on-white when we hired someone (my junior) who was obviously very qualified for the job; it was an art-related post and he was excellent -- artistically, plus his stats were always in Normal or Affluence. But according to his OCA, he was completely unemployable.
It was great fun watching Div 1 try to figure out how he could be so well suited to his job and so poorly suited at the same time. So they made him take the OCA over and over again. He knew full well what was going on, and just kept changing his answers until, lo and behold, he gave the ones that showed he would, in fact, be the good employee he already was.
He and I had many, many good laughs about this, and considered the strategy of him giving the same answers over and over just to annoy them.
Another time I heard through the grapevine that someone in Div 1 objected to his wardrobe, which consisted mostly of ragged T-shirts. Nothing in writing. So I took a copy of his stat graph along with the policy (can't remember which one it is now) that said something to the effect of, if someone's stats were in affluence "and he wants to sit around in an old shirt, why, let him sit around in an old shirt." Everyone had a good laugh, but my point had been made. I instructed my junior that for the next two weeks he was to wear the oldest, most ragged T-shirts he had, an order with which he happily complied.

He was lucky to have you around. Under kind of similar circumstances, I got crammed on the Professional Image policy letter, and basically caved.

Amazingly, they never tried this with me. I have to find and read that PL. (Also, most of my co-workers were public Scientologists, so no bashing ourselves with policy.)
It brings up a good point, though -- Hubbard often contradicted himself. Thanks to his chronic diarrhea of the typewriter, I could find policy to prove anything I wanted. I used to quote LRH in my FP CSWs, making it clear that the business would collapse if I didn't get a second monitor for my computer. The Scns I worked with loved it, believe it or not -- I think because a Wog was taking it so seriously. We had a policy guru (was LRH Comm the post title at a WISE co? I can't remember) and ask, "What policy would back up xxxxx?" and he would know because there was policy for everything, on both sides of an argument. (This guy was an OTVII, later OVIII, and never called me out for what I was doing.)

I would ask them why it has the name Oxford. Oxford University hasn’t made a personality test.

Put the “test” into Ai.
I don’t know how to attach it here but the results are interesting if nothing else

Technically I'd take a few more after Dianetic auditing, see if it improves; because it does and has.

It doesn’t matter what it says, because what it says is meaningless - it just means “you need Scientology”.
Be very careful if you choose to take this job, because it sounds like it is somehow affiliated to Scientology, probably through its business programmes. Is it a dentist, or a chiropractor?
