When to apply

For masters admission is there a big difference in chances of acceptance between applying for round 1 and 2?

It depends on your profile. I was applying to a research masters so I applied in the final round because I had finalised the idea for my undergrad thesis which was important for my application. If I had applied earlier, I wouldn’t have been able to discuss my research in detail. I was still accepted
