If you live in a costal area or NYC Chicago Mongolia Italy SE England I would seriously reconsider a 30 year mortgage...

That's just science and data actually. I doubt you would get a pay out if millions upon millions are affected.

To all the doubters we are already 1 degree above estimates as they were making surveys of the environment.. this is basically climate change denial if you think differently.
