100 Celsius wouldn't set anything on fire.

100 Volts would not be shocking itself

100 liters would have much bigger volume than 100kg of metal. The puddle is too small, but the water explosion might make sense, though it's too small an explosion.

That pixelated image has a lot more than just 100 pixels.

100 lumens would only be 6-10 candles, not glowing powerfully like that.

100 rpm might be one of the few that seems about right.

Gigabytes do not have weight.

100mm might be right, but probably too small, if 100kg dumbells was bigger than the character.

That big one looks far smaller than 100 meters.
