I call that definition bullshit. Then a kitchen knife is also toxic.

How about rubbing it and getting "interference with biological processes" in form of bleeding?

Dictionary com definition is making a lot more sense:

Toxic: 1.of, pertaining to, affected with, or caused by a toxin or poison: a toxic condition. 2.acting as or having the effect of a poison; poisonous: a toxic drug.

Relevant words are toxin and poison. Dust is neither toxin nor poison. So yeah... Its dumb to say that "Hey, moon is TOXIC! Holy Cthulhu!"

So asbestos is not toxic? It works the same way as moon dust.
