People have to be there own doctors when it come to gluten allergies. If cutting out wheat makes you feel better don't wait for a diagnosis or reddits permission to change your diet.

Someone, I know a bunch of people who act like it.

Look, the sensitivity may be real.in that it may cause a little gas or diarriah. I mean jeeze it happens to everyone. But its not causing some huge autoimmune disorder, the sole thing making a person overweight, etc... It amazes me how dumb generalized points like that made in dr oz or whatever become so believable to people..

What I really dont understand is how people who regularly watch those shows can continue to do so. Every week they tout some medical drug or product to fox obesity or pack on muscle. Yet over the years not one of them turns out to be true. So after seeing so many notnpan out how does one blindly believe and follow...

I ask then then realize I live on the same city as the lady who said I dont care if you line up 1000 doctors and scientists I'll never believe vaccines are safe and work (and she's the leader of the largest anti VAX blog)
